The contrasting lighting is a point in this image that really sticks out - the completely black shadows and very bright highlights help communicate this energetic vibe of the image, as does the glowing neon lights in the background.
The way you have drawn Vinyl herself is also commendable. Her organic body shape clashes with her rigid and pointed hair, which helps emphasis this raw energy being emitted from her. Her devious and gritted smile does the same as well.
I can't really think of much to recommend in particular, as there isn't much to improve. The shapes are all very believable and in proportion, and the lighting is done near flawlessly. The only thing I could possibly think of is maybe a bit of extra gloss on her glasses - it will compliment the lighting on her hair more, as the near monotone colour sticks out somewhat.
Overall, a fantastic image, and has captured and energy and passion that many artists have failed to do. The lighting is superb, and the shapes and perspective are very accurate.
